We had an amazing guide named Sherry, whose enthusiasm, expertise, and unique insights about Vancouver truly set this experience apart from a standard headset tour. Every location she highlighted inspired us to explore the area further. She would make an excellent unofficial ambassador for Vancouver!

This was a great tour. This is what we do first when visiting a new city. We learned a lot about the history and the city in general from Sherry. She was interesting and amusing.

This was a shorter tour bus ride than many cities but our tour driver Sherry made it fun! She was informative, enthusiastic !

Had an amazing experience on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus today! Super convenient, comfortable, and a perfect way to explore the city without rushing. Loved Sherry, our fun & informative guide. Highly recommend for first-time visitors and anyone who wants a relaxed sightseeing day!

Simon our bus driver was excellent. Fun commentary and gave tips about things to do and see. Booking guy was excellent too, helpful and friendly. We bought 2 days and discounted entry to Capilano. Only used one day on bus in the end but price worked ok.

There isn't much to see on this tour - which is clear from the stops. It just helps you get around the city - although taking transportation/uber would likely have been more cost efficient. It wasn't clear to me that I could listen to the audio from the Big Bus Tour app, which I would have preferred to do. I'll clearly be the the minority here but while Sherry did her job with gusto - her commentary/comedic performance just wasn't for me or what I was looking for.

Digital Ticket Activation We’ve made boarding easier with digital tickets in the Big Bus Tours app. Tickets are no longer emailed—you’ll manage everything in the app. It’s the quickest way to access your ticket, track buses in real time, and plan your day. How it works: 1. Download the Big Bus Tours app Get the free app from the App Store or Google Play before your tour. 2. Add your booking Open the app, tap “Add Booking”, and enter your booking reference number. 3. Activate on the day On your travel date, tap “Activate” to start your ticket. Once activated, you can show it to the driver and board the bus. Activation is only available on your booked date. Important notes: Each group ticket must be used on one device, and the group must travel together. To travel separately, print individual tickets before activating or contact us to split the booking.
